As an iPhone app fanatic, and constant cell phone user, this was a really cute idea. I am looking forward to sharing this with people at the moments when I can pull off a great Christmas prank. You must keep in mind when buying this, that if you buying it for children, you could be disappointed. The choices for a personalized message from Santa are limited. But it's still funny even if there is no child's name used. They used what seem to be the most popular names of today. But they probably shouldn't have included that feature unless they had used hundreds of names instead of just a dozen. Also the voice is a little demonic sounding, and not how children would expect Santa to sound. But come on, Christmas isn't just for kids! This is a great app for adults who have Christmas spirit, and a sense of humor. It might even get some "Grinches" to believe in Santa again!

Was unable to understand why they advertise that you can customize a message from Santa using your childs name when they offer only a handfull of names ( mostly popular in the 50's) to chose from! Also, this app uses the worst Santa voice I've ever heard, which sounds more like a demon than a jolly Santa Claus. It's enough to terrorize a child. This app isn't worth a cent. Please don't waste your money!

I guess I was hoping for more but then I remembered, this app is intended for children who are young enough to believe in Santa. But that's not why I gave it 1 star. The fact is that there are only about 20 (bizzare) names on the list so your child or any other childs' name that you know probably isn't on there. I have a lot of buddies with children, nieces, nephews, etc.. but only 1 of their names was on the list. So, the fact that you advertise the customization of the messages yet fail to mention how extremely limited you are to do so is the reason for a low rating.
