The Refine feature is nice, allowing you to list what is in your cabinet, and the list is pretty nice.
But some recipes are scary. No sweetener in the Gimlet will be very sour, the Mint Julep mysteriously calls for sugar to be mashed with simple syrup. There is no Sidecar recipe, although there is now a Margarita recipe.
I like that the recipes do not call for that vile Roses Lime Juice.

I have an itouch that is at least 3 years old and I haven't had any problems related to OS4. I think if you update the iPod software on your computer you should be fine. Cool app!

Just downloaded and reviewed all recipes. Very easy 2 use with great content. I like the refine ingredients option. Definitely recommend.
All The Best Drinks, Quickly And For Free!

I tried other drink apps and this is the only one that is fast working and although not a huge database it has all the most popular drinks and a lot of not so well known. It fulfills the main objective of any of these apps: a quick app you can use in the middle of a party to cook up unusual drinks and keep things interesting!

It's a good start for a simplified drink app, but the random drink flick feature doesn't work. Also, as stated there are some drink staples missing. There are better free drink apps then this, I was looking for a simpler one but this interface is too clunky.
Not Too Good!!

it was great the first cpl days then it quit!! tried trashing from app file and re-downloaded it. Still when i go to open it, it just quits!!!
No Margheritas?

Best drink app but could show pictures of drinks and ingredients. Also more description of ingredients. Other than that I give it 5 stars. Great app

I downloaded both this and the 5800 drink one, and this is definitely the better app. The dial is very slick, and there are even little popups of the types of glasses (highball, martini, etc) you are supposed to serve the drinks in. I do agree with the other reviewer that the margarita should be in here, as should the Flaming Dr Pepper, however, for the beautiful interface and ease of use, I think this is an incredible app. PLEASE keep it free!
