Mobclix, Inc. respects our consumer user’s privacy. This Privacy Policy has been developed by Mobclix, Inc. to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy protection. Mobclix, Inc. maintains several websites. For an individual who is a user of one of or several of our websites or is otherwise a user of the variety of services provided by Mobclix, Inc. or its divisions and/or subsidiaries, this Privacy Policy is intended to describe the following for you:

Information About Others. We may also collect and store personal information that you provide to us about other people (including but not limited to co-applicants), including but not limited to their name, address, phone number, Social Security number, financial information, any resulting Third Party Information, and/or any and all other personal information. By providing us any such information about other people or from our receipt of any such information as a result of information you provided, you are expressly guaranteeing that you have permission to provide such information whether it be of a personal or non-personal nature.

Automatic Information Collection. We use various technologies to collect information from your computer and about your activities on our websites. These technologies include cookies and similar technologies, web beacons and similar technologies, and other information collection technologies. For example, we collect and store non-personally identifying information through cookies, log files, clear gifs ("web beacons"), and third parties to create a profile of our users that details the users' viewing preferences. No Information From Children. Mobclix, Inc. will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our database. Because we do not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. Our websites target an audience that is over the age of 18 and some content may not be appropriate for all ages. We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents and/or legal guardians for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet. We have designed our privacy policy in order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").

Job Applicants. Mobclix, Inc. and its family of businesses store your information, automated personal information, financial information, credit card, and billing information that we collect about you for a minimum of one year from the time of initial submission. We may retain the information for indefinite periods of time during and for a minimum of one year after the term of your membership for billing purposes. Further, we may use this information for any purpose including but not limited to marketing, billing and/or any other purpose required by applicable law.

We take appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, destruction, and disclosure. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as digital encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal information. We use industry standard one-way SHA-256 hash to store all user information.

Further, only authorized employees and authorized third-party service providers are permitted to access personal information, and they may do so only for permitted business functions; also, we restrict access to personal information to employees, contractors, and agents who have a "need-to-know" that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services and websites, and who are bound by confidentiality requirements.
